Comes with two (2) 5' sections of White Polypropylene rope to attach the Party Bumper to your boat.

- Includes a tie down cleat on each end, 2 x 5’ foot rope extensions to hang from boat cleats. and a high pressure air valve for filling.
- Double welded seams with seam tape for highest quality and strength.
- Important – This is for Boat Tie Ups and Docks NOT meant to be used for towing, or to stop a boat at high speeds!
