This catalog is published with the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) so that you may use it as a sales tool for your customer. Please log in to our secure B2B website at cwrdistribution.com with your username and password for current pricing, product availability, and to place orders. You are also welcome to call us at 732-237-9300 (extension 165) for pricing, availability, and product information. Wholesale prices are quoted for immediate sale and will be honored for 7 days. Special volume and package pricing is also available. All prices are subject to change without notice.

All new accounts must complete a dealer application prior to shipment of first order. Standard terms are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover) or COD. Net 15-Day terms will be extended at CWR's discretion for dealers with six months of regular buying history and a superior credit background. A 1.5% monthly service charge will be assessed on all past due accounts. A $25 processing fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

CWR ships via every major carrier. We have shipping promos starting at $9.95. If a promotional rate is not selected the shipping charges are billed at published rates (available on all carriers’ websites). Third-party billing is available for most carriers. Please note all lost or damaged third-party shipment claims must be initiated by the third-party account holder. CWR offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Non-stock items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. For most items, customers can obtain an RMA number and process their return using the CWR website. Customers may also obtain an RMA number by sending an email to RMA@cwrdistribution.com or by calling 732-237-9300 (Option 1 for Customer Service). Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
